This master’s thesis deals with manufacturing and logistic issues of low voltage cabinets produced by ProCS, s.r.o. company. The aim is to design and evaluate manufacturing and assembling process rationalization proposal. The proposal is based on familiarization with technological process of cabinet's manufacturing. Becoming familiar with manufacturing and assembling process of marshalling and system cabinets made it possible to find an opportunity of rationalization through automation of selected assembling processes. Automation of striping and crimping process is possible through suitable crimping machine. Situation before and after rationalization is economically interpreted and evaluated using break even point analysis. Through mentioned rationalization arrangement it is possible to improve manufacturing flexibility, reduce lead times and cut down manufacturing costs.

Kindergarten FUTURUM

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of the kindergarten in Brno in the Masaryk district. The work is based on the studio focused on the interior. The nursery have three floors with ground floor, first floor and the baseent. The main entrance is from the terrain to the second floor. The whole building is divided into three parts, which act as separate objects connected in the ground floor base. In the design, I tried to make simple but also an inspairing space that makes children play and develop their imagination. The environment should be educative, such as a green roof in the exterior or interactive elements in the interior. I put a lot of emphasis on lighting the space.

The planning of accounts with regard to development on economic aktivity

The planning of accounts for the following 5 years (from 2006 till 2010). The accounts consist of balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement. Items of accounts are planned according to the developement of the choosen company and real market conditions. This dissertation describes not only plannig of accounts, but also method of assembling accounts.
